The short version.

These apply to every Arborium listing on Airbnb.

Check-in · after 3 PM
Keyless self check-in with a smart lock. Your code arrives through Airbnb before your stay.
Checkout · before 11 AM
Need an earlier arrival or a later departure? Ask ahead and we'll make it work when the calendar allows.
Minimum stay · 2 nights
Book at least one day before arrival. Instant Book is on, so there's no request to wait on.
Pets · 1 per stay
Your dog is welcome: $149 pet fee per stay. Service animals are always welcome, free of charge.
Longer stays save
20% off weekly stays and 40% off monthly stays, applied automatically on Airbnb.
Groups & events
No extra-guest fees up to each listing's guest limit. Events are by request; message us before booking.
No smoking inside
No smoking or vaping inside any cabin. Outdoor areas only, please.
Safety
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in the cabins. An exterior security camera is on the property.
Know Before You Go

Deep in the forest,
a few things help.

Our house rules, in plain words. They're the same for every cabin.

The drive in

We're remote: about 45 minutes from Mena, including roughly 30 minutes of dirt road and several creek crossings. An SUV or truck is recommended.

Bring your groceries

There are no stores nearby; the nearest Walmart is 45 minutes away. Bring all the food and drinks you'll need for your stay.

The essentials are covered

Linens, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and basic seasonings are provided.

Drinking water

Our well water is naturally high in iron. For drinking, use the fridge dispenser or the filtered cold tap in the kitchen, or bring bottled water.

Pack out your trash

There's no trash pickup out here, so please take all your trash with you when you leave.

Be a good neighbor

The gated community shares the pond and roads with five neighbors. Please be considerate.

A family home, not a lodge

These are private cabins, not a commercial lodge. Please treat everything as if it were your own.

Side-by-side rental

A UTV / side-by-side is available to rent, at your own risk. See the rental or message us for details.
